This is a combination class/demo/skill share in adaptive, accessible self-tie techniques. From corsets to cushions to carabiners, Addie will run through a variety of tricks for reducing barriers to self-suspension. There will also be time for participants to share things they have found. The goal is for everyone to leave with a few more tricks up their sleeves.

Solo Rope

Solo rope is a slow-format series on self-tying, featuring teachers with different styles and approaches. Classes happen twice per month, with each teacher hosting two classes in a row.

Our second Solo Rope teacher is Addie, offering two classes:

Addie (she/her)

Addie is a Vancouver-based rope educators who teach and perform world-wide. Addie is a switch and self-suspension enthusiast. She organizes regular workshops on dynamic self-suspension and versatile education both, for beginners and technically advanced. When co-teaching, she focuses on bottoming information and discourse.
