DESCRIPTION:This is a combination class/demo/skill share in adaptive\, accessible self-tie techniques. From corsets to cushions to carabiners\, Addie will run through a variety of tricks for reducing barriers to self-suspension. There will also be time for participants to share things they have found. The goal is for everyone to leave with a few more tricks up their sleeves. \nSolo Rope\nSolo rope is a slow-format series on self-tying\, featuring teachers with different styles and approaches. Classes happen twice per month\, with each teacher hosting two classes in a row. \nOur second Solo Rope teacher is Addie\, offering two classes: \n\nUplines Galore\nSupport Systems
