CANCELLED - Rhythmic Impact

Altered and alternative states can be so soothing for both the body and mind. Let’s explore trance states through impact play, both as a solo and partnered adventure.

Caritia will guide and hold space for participants to experiment with tempo, intensity and sensation to change the state of their bodies. Aiming to find the edge of change and transformation.

What to Bring:  impact tools of your choice, these can be household items or your preferred toys, space you feel safe(st) to explore in, music & headphones are optional
