simple frictions (half hitch, munter hitch, hojo cuffs), single & double column ties, simple harnesses, moving people, safety (hand checks, nerves)
What to bring:
comfortable clothes that are more tight fitting if possible, 2-3 of your own ropes (we can also provide ropes for you)

Create gorgeous chest harnesses that leave the arms free. Learn a diamond (hishi) pattern, adjust it for different body shapes, and practice both self-tying and partner tying. A great way to create restriction with a safety exit, or move towards self suspension.
