


Arms-behind-the-back positions are common in bondage but many people find them difficult to get into or uncomfortable to maintain for a number of reasons: tight shoulders, rotator cuff issues, muscle or fat density, hypermobility, spine or shoulder alignment, blood flow, etc. This class explores two shoulder-friendly techniques for bringing the arms behind the back, working with the person’s body ergonomics.
