Soul Foot

7. November 2020, 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Most of us have two of them and they are often a part of our bodies to which the least attention is paid.

What relationship do you have to your feet? Can we give more to ourselves through the exploration of our feet?

In this 3 hour play-workshop participants are asked to bring a friend to explore connection, attention and intimacy through foot anatomy, layers of touch and exploring fantasies & desires around the feet. A space to grounding, exploring ritual care and moments of play. Let’s drift into the soles of ourselves 😉
