Single column tie, awareness of how an upline works. This is 'beginner friendly' but experienced practitioners will also find useful information.

Ropes, self-suspension setup. This class presumes natural fibre rope - synthetic rope needs different lock offs.

This class goes into detail on upline mechanics including when to use which types, the most efficient ways to lock of and access lines while in the air, where and when quick releases can be used (or might even be preferable), line management and organization considerations, freeing up snags, and more.

Solo Rope

Solo rope is a slow-format series on self-tying, featuring teachers with different styles and approaches. Classes happen twice per month, with each teacher hosting two classes in a row.
