This workshop will examine how acceptance of our shadow selves can authenticate our integrative self and reclaim our disowned parts.
How when navigating away from maladaptive survival strategies the action can manifest ethereal dust clouds of inner toxicity, and how we can pivot towards creating our own reality.
Our subconscious and conscious work together as our core drivers, and when enmeshed with awareness and unawareness can reveal the multiplicity of our deep-rooted behavioural frameworks. Working against, towards, or with chronic shame and guilt can navigate us towards an awareness and acceptance of the roots of our own self-sabotage.
This workshop examines the links between intrinsic and extrinsic safety to explore our shadow selves and how it holds an intersectional paradigm with chronic shame and guilt at its multiple levels.
