This is our experimental shibari playground for all skill levels. Each month explores a new topic — from shame and semenawa to performance, advanced movement, or creating chaotic harnesses. This is our space for exploring the more expressive, playful, connective, and artistic sides of shibari. Open to all levels with foundational knowledge. Bring your curiosity, your questions, and your rope.

This month we are focusing on: Object – we can interpret this word in many different ways. Are you adding, removing or making someone into an object? You are invited to allow your mind and ropes to wander, as we explore art creation, postures and feeling with rope, as well as other items.

Play & Connection

These classes are dedicated to the research of the interpersonal, connective, and fun side of shibari. Forget about rope technique for a while and learn hands-on skills for actually playing with what you know. The topic varies from month to month, and can be anything from pain and predicament ties to fun games like rope fight club. Come learn the skills that take your sessions from good to fantastic!
