Gongs, Singing Bowls and Breath

Breathe. Slowly in and out. This time of the year is usually stressful, especially during this year of pandemic frenzy. But worry not, we got you!

Enjoy our slow and calm 1.5 hour ritual that will allow you to slow down and come back into your body. Allow all emotions to rise and release and find yourself in a calm flow that will guide you back to yourself.

Caritia will be your guide through this process of breathing, being with yourself and enjoying sound therapy with gongs and singing bowls.

This time is only for you and we will hold space for all of it.
