This class covers first aid fundamentals for the most common situations kinksters might encounter, as well as worst-case scenarios.
We will also discuss specific information and considerations for professionals doing paid session work with clients.

What we will cover

  • legalities
  • basic anatomy (circulation, oxygen, sugar, nerves, etc) and conditions that can affect these (bleeding/clotting disorders, asthma, diabetes, etc)
  • fluid safety (brief discussion of blood and body fluid stuff)
  • planning, prevention, preparation!
  • common minor injuries (aftercare for scrapes, bumps, sprains, bruises, and infection prevention)
  • more serious injuries/conditions (fainting/falling injuries, head and neck injuries, life threats)
  • when to involve emergency services, and how to handle that conversation
  • medical questions worth asking of clients/people not well known to you
  • whatever else comes up

This will be a hybrid class: live and in-house at Studio Allegory, Vancouver and virtual via Karada House. The tickets you purchase here are for the virtual class.
