For people tying: solid single- and double column ties, experience tying & locking low suspension lines & some experience creating any suspension worthy ties that work for your tying partner. For people being in rope: confidence in their body when tied on a floor & ability to communicate physical discomfort verbally while in ropes.
What to bring
at least 2 suspension worthy ropes and some to tie on your partner, some carabiners if you use those, rope cutter etc. Wear clothes that are comfortable to tie and move in!
Accessibility notes
This will be a lot of being on the floor level: if you need a chair, pillow or any other thing to sit on during the demonstrations and other times when you are not actively tying please bring one!

This workshop explores body movement in rope bondage taking advantage of kinetic chain, leverage and low suspension point.

Tying will happen on the floor and start from sitting positions. Our aim is to gather more understanding about the movement options that are available in some of the most common floor tie positions (sitting, laying down, on all fours, leg/s up) and how you can take advantage of the suspension point with these.
