SUMMARY:Movement and Body Manipulation on the Floor
DESCRIPTION:This workshop explores body movement in rope bondage taking advantage of kinetic chain\, leverage and low suspension point. \nTying will happen on the floor and start from sitting positions. Our aim is to gather more understanding about the movement options that are available in some of the most common floor tie positions (sitting\, laying down\, on all fours\, leg/s up) and how you can take advantage of the suspension point with these. \n
