Connecting with your body and tuning into sensation can be both exciting and challenging. And impact play can be a very helpful tool on that discovery.

Caritia invites you on a journey through the sights, sounds, and sensations of impact play—bringing in intention, rhythm, and toys. Starting with the fundamentals of positioning, we’ll gradually move into hands-on exploration.

Together, let’s discover how impact and sensation play can support and serve you and your body’s unique needs.

Caritia will share from personal experiences and offer tools, care and practical methods to encourage you to explore yourself and your needs with more intention.

This class offers

  • Space to your body and anatomy
  • Identifying what boundaries there are
  • Discovering the layers of touch and sensation
  • Exploring what rhythm and tempo can do and how they support your dynamic
  • Sound as a resource for release
  • Care, intention setting and space holding for play
  • Exploring your limits within an intentional container

This class is for

  • Anyone, beginner or experienced person seeking to (re)discover their desires around sensation play
  • BIPOC Folks only – specifically for non-white and people of the global majority
  • Folks who wish to establish better boundaries in their exploration
  • Folks curious about supportive tools for sensation and impact play from a decolonial and neurodiverse inclusive lens
