What to know:
ntermediate to advanced suspension skills. Persons being tied must be used to suspension. Communication being a central element in shibari it is always preferable to come with a partner with whom you already practice in order to allow a good experience. It's important to have already discussed the framework of your practice (desires, intentions, limits, ways of managing consent)
What to bring:
ropes, if you want to tie along

The basket harness is a versatile structure for creating semenawa-inspired shapes. Through subtle adjustments and different tying choices, it can offer a wide range of experiences and emotional textures.
This workshop will focus on the basket harness itself:
how to build it, adapt it to different bodies, and use it intentionally to support the dynamics of a scene.

We will then explore a serie of transitions based on the basket, examining different ways to attach uplines and transform the shape while maintaining continuity and progression.
Particular attention will be given to the development of intensity, exploring how each position can be deepened and refined before evolving into the next step of the session.

Bänana, a ten-year bondage enthusiast, found her passion in shibari in 2017, drawn to its raw and authentic nature. As she has always been fascinated by the expression of emotions, shibari, and more specifically semenawa has opened up a new path of exploration to her. Cat (she/her)

Cat (she /her)  has been a shibari model for 3 years, enjoying semenawa and exploring the possibilities of her body. As a course model, she also enjoys sharing the techniques that have enhanced her experiences in ropes. She regularly gives classes in Paris at “Port d’attaches” and with Bänana at La Cabäne.
