DESCRIPTION:The basket harness is a versatile structure for creating semenawa-inspired shapes. Through subtle adjustments and different tying choices\, it can offer a wide range of experiences and emotional textures.\n\nThis workshop will focus on the basket harness itself:\nhow to build it\, adapt it to different bodies\, and use it intentionally to support the dynamics of a scene. \n\nWe will then explore a serie of transitions based on the basket\, examining different ways to attach uplines and transform the shape while maintaining continuity and progression.\n\nParticular attention will be given to the development of intensity\, exploring how each position can be deepened and refined before evolving into the next step of the session.
