If you want to host, organize and hold space for others to explore their sexuality, we made a workshop for you. Mel has 6 years of experience holding space and hosting events for the queer, kinky and neurodivergent, disabled community. Come with us to explore how to arrange the evening, where to put the condoms, and how to navigate conflict.

This workshop is for

  • Community organizers
  • Hosts
  • Monitors
  • People wanting to organize their first play party and/or orgy

What this workshop will offer:

  • Different approaches to play parties, orgies and sexuality events
  • Practicalities: what to bring, how to do it and how to close it
  • What is a “monitor” and how to be one without being the police
  • How to establish a guideline or etiquette without being exclusionary
  • Accessibility for everyone
  • How to care for people in the space (medical emergencies, emotional first aid, crisis, etc)
  • How to navigate conflict within the community
  • Our takes and recommendations
  • Space for questions
