DESCRIPTION:If you want to host\, organize and hold space for others to explore their sexuality\, we made a workshop for you. Mel has 6 years of experience holding space and hosting events for the queer\, kinky and neurodivergent\, disabled community. Come with us to explore how to arrange the evening\, where to put the condoms\, and how to navigate conflict. \nThis workshop is for\n\nCommunity organizers\nHosts\nMonitors\nPeople wanting to organize their first play party and/or orgy\n\nWhat this workshop will offer:\n  \n\nDifferent approaches to play parties\, orgies and sexuality events\nPracticalities: what to bring\, how to do it and how to close it\nWhat is a “monitor” and how to be one without being the police\nHow to establish a guideline or etiquette without being exclusionary\nAccessibility for everyone\nHow to care for people in the space (medical emergencies\, emotional first aid\, crisis\, etc)\nHow to navigate conflict within the community\nOur takes and recommendations\nSpace for questions\n\n
