simple frictions (half hitch, munter hitch, hojo cuffs), single & double column ties, simple harnesses, moving people, safety (hand checks, nerves)
What to bring:
comfortable clothes that are more tight fitting if possible, 2-3 of your own ropes (we can also provide ropes for you)

Ceci’s arms-front harness offers comfort, adaptability, and clean aesthetics. You’ll learn how to construct it while focusing on body geometry, balance, and connection. A great transition harness for those moving toward suspension or more demanding floor work, as the focus is more on the body being tied and tailoring, than using specific frictions.
