Trampling is an underrated art form. Slow. Grounded. Powerful.
Whether it’s boots, socks, stockings, or bare feet, there’s something deeply satisfying about being stepped on—or doing the stepping.

These Boots Are Made for Walkin’ is a playful, consent-forward workshop exploring the fine art of trampling, with and without shoes. This session invites curiosity, confidence, and intentionality as participants learn how to use weight, balance, and presence to create sensations that range from grounding to deliciously intense.

Caritia will guide participants through techniques, safety considerations, and demonstrations before opening the space for supported exploration. Expect encouragement, clear frameworks, and room to find your own rhythm—whether you’re brand new to trampling or looking to refine your approach.

This workshop centers awareness, communication, and care, so that every step is taken on purpose.

What we’ll explore

  • Trampling with and without shoes

  • Body positioning, balance, and weight distribution

  • Reading bodies and responding to feedback

  • Negotiation, boundaries, and consent

  • Intensity levels and pacing

  • Care, check-ins, and aftercare

Bring your curiosity.
Bring your boots—or don’t.
Just don’t forget to walk with intention.
