Together, we will set personal intentions for release and opening and then settle in for a mix of gongs, singing bowls and chimes to allow the sound resonances to soothe our body and mind.

What we will do?

  • nesting space
  • sharing circle
  • care and rest
  • intention setting
  • feedback and close
