The general idea of consent and boundaries is often portrayed to be as simple as offering someone a cup of tea. When in reality –  it’s a living, evolving practice shaped by our experiences, identities, intimacies, and power dynamics. In this 3-hour in-person workshop, we’ll get curious about boundaries and negotiation through play, reflection, and intention. Caritia will guide participants through solo, paired, and group exercises to explore what consent truly means to you — and how it can be applied in daily life and intimate settings. Together, we’ll practice giving permission — to ourselves and to others — as we dive into the delightful messiness of being human. This workshop is about understanding yourself, your boundaries, and your capacity for care — with clarity, confidence, and joy.
