Use your body in a vastly different way. Restricted, restrained, maybe even tamed – our bodies are subdued to very strict rules and movements in our daily lives. Time to get primal and rough. Rough body play allows for more fighting, emotions, and a deeper exploration of power dynamics than play fights.

Once a month we open Karada House for 2 hours of randori (free fights) time to try your new skills and have fun.

What is the difference between play fight and rough body play?

Play fights are literally that – play fighting for the fun of it. Rough body play is similar but allows and adds components of power dynamics, kinky vibes, etc. In this lab you get to choose how you want to engage. Just fun fights? Cool! A little more kink, i.e. you wanting to lose to someone, including face slaps , etc.? Cool, too. You get to propose how you want to fight and if someone else likes that and wants to join, negotiations happen and then fight, fight, fight!

What we will do

Our amazing instructor Montse will guide through

  • warm-up exercises
  • consent & safety
  • dos & don’ts
  • after that – fight!
  • aftercare and snacks
