Rage & Release Movement

13. April 2023, 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Let’s channel this excess of energies we have. Or perhaps you need to generate some energy. Let’s commune together and channel our frustration, our anger our rage.

This a call to everyone who wishes to join in movement and community to gather energy, strength, and release in the physical to make space in the emotional, mental, and spiritual. We will come together to dance and move,  rage and release for 90 minutes

What we will do

• This will be a partially guided movement space with the intention to release emotions from the body and make space for self-care and (from a utopic perspective) relaxation. We will provide a link to the soundtrack of the session. If the music does not resonate, we suggest you put on your own and keep moving. We see movement as any thing that ups your heart rate and gives a little cardio workout, however, we advise that every participant goes at their own pace

• Participants will be invited to find intention (the why) in their desire to move

• Warm-up

• Let go

• Cool down

• Feedback / Close
