Releasing Grief and Sadness

28. July 2022, 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm

Sadness and grief touch so much of our present-day journey.

They are multi-layered and challenging to navigate, but do they have a purpose? How can we personally, collectively, and metaphorically allow ourselves to sit with the complexity of sadness? And cherish, honour, and release our grief? Let’s give ourselves the gift(s) of transformation and inspiration.

For this ritual & workshop, we will explore our grief place(s), where we find them, why they are important and how we can remind ourselves to embrace them when we are challenged. The idea is not to have all the answers, but more to give ourselves space to sit, take time and share in a supportive held container.
