Playing with Breath

27. June 2021, 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Breath is an essential life function for all. So many beings on the planet have a respiratory exchange. How do we bring breath into focus and allow ourselves to find the joy in it again? And be playful. Can we find trust within our bodies and in others through this practice of breath control?

In this playful workshop participants will be encouraged to experiment, experience and explore through breath their capacity for trust and control. We will do practical exercises, share experiences, discuss and research together, in a held safe(r) container.
