Impact Play with Household Items

7. January 2021, 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm

Playfulness, creativity and fun are the keys to getting into our bodies and changing up energy. A Karada House favourite for just that impact play, we will offer practical help, tips and tricks on.

Participants are invite to join as a solo individual or in your multi constellation – 2, 3, 4 and so on (responsible consenting adults over the age of 18  years of age, only). There maybe exercises that solo folks can only gain information from. Guided by Caritia, this 2.5 hour workshop, with fun mini exercises, warm ups, safety tips and creative ways to play whilst we are restricted in our ‘home’ situations.

What else to know

You can join alone or with a partner. Questions are encouraged, however mindful consideration and respect for how much space you are taking up. Consideration for the etiquette of the virtual playing ground is a must, including staying on topic with questions.
