Happiness – Uncensored

19. November 2020, 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm

What is there to be happy about? We can think of a few things and now is as good a time to delve into that assortment box you have hidden away for special occasions, to draw more happy into your environment. Let’s push out the giggle-topia boat and go on an adventure on the seas of happiness.

For this ritual lab & workshop we will explore our happy place(s), where we find them, why they are important and how we can remind ourselves to indulge in them when we are challenged.
