I’m Sophia, I’m an artist, facilitator, and educator based in London, and I’ve been exploring rope bondage and BDSM since 2013. My interests and passions lie in thinking about what’s beneath the surface. I’m interested in exploring different practices which support us to make sense of what it means to be human, to connect to oneself and each other.

My approach to holding space is grounded in a co-created, trauma-aware, experiential practice. Warmth, curiosity, and permission to explore creatively are important to me in learning spaces. I aim to share education around BDSM in an accessible, empowering, and demystifying way.  

I am happiest when I’m in spaces where we can explore our edges, the inner parts of ourselves, and how they all interact with the totality of who we are. I believe when we can connect more deeply to our feelings and needs with empathy, we can resource ourselves to do the work needed for collective liberation.
