Warm-up session: Consent, Boundaries, Negotiation in Rope

Our daily warm-up sessions will guide you through the program of the day and give you pointers and ideas of how to make the most of it.

After the introduction it’s time for something practical. Every day we will discuss a topic, share tips and tricks of how to make your rope practice better, easier, deeper, funner.

Today’s topic: Consent, Boundaries, Negotiation in Rope with Caritia

How can we find best practices around finding, respecting and upholding boundaries and consent of folks, both inside and outside of rope? What are useful questions to ask when tying and/or being tied?

A place to share thoughts, ask questions and challenge perspectives around shibari and how individuals choose to tie.
