A sadistic movement choreography that incorporates breath and colour codes.

Together, Bishop and Caritia will guide participants through a sadomasochistic movement score, which offers space for the intertwining of breath play, endurance and the body. There will be a clear instructional directions offered that participants can adapt to their style and dynamic.

No formal dance training required. A desire to move and be moved is key.

Note: There will be warm-up exercises. Loose clothing, advised.
