Event Details

Join Ev for a work investigating the intersections of trauma and kink.

The vast majority of us carry trauma with us. How can we better understand how trauma operates, both in general and in ourselves? We will work to understand the answer to this question so that we can enter into our kinks better aware of our own trauma, how to care for others with trauma, and ultimately create healing-centered experiences.

In this 2-part-training, we will start by learning about trauma–what is it, how it operates, and what symptoms look like. As we learn what trauma is in general, we will start to explore what trauma symptoms look like in our own lives, so ultimately, we can be better aware of our needs, limits, and desires. Lastly, we will explore the intersection of kink and trauma, including how kink can be a conduit of healing.
