The power of breath is unmeasurable and undeniable. It is life essential.

The breath connects, transforms, and empowers — its potential is vast and awe-inspiring.

In this 3-hour online workshop, participants are invited to explore breath play with curiosity, care, and clear boundaries. Together, we’ll delve into the dance between control and trust, safety and surrender.

Caritia will share and demonstrate four breath play techniques, with time to explore them solo or with others. The session is grounded in safety, health, and adaptability — supporting each participant to find their own rhythm, pace, and empowered relationship with breath.
