Soft New Beginnings

14. January 2021, 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm

After the unprecedented year that was 2020, where can we begin to find to ourselves a new?  what does re-building look like, in making steps forward for ourselves? Our collective desire to connect, create community and inspire each other, can be a catalyst to doing things differently, no matter the size of the change. Think new years resolution from a physical/creative/ self caring action perspective.

Caritia will offer ideas to create physical short, medium and long term changes to our bodies/ ourselves, with the aim to support our emotional and psychological health, from tiny building blocks to epic personal adventuring. Daring to conceive epically!
