Being tied (in rope) is an adventure, and like any adventure, there are always traps and pitfalls along the way. Caritia feels there is no avoiding these bumps on your exploratory road, but you can prepare for them. Your body and energy are a gift. You are a gift. A gift of presence, shared curiosity interwoven with trust and play.
In this workshop, Caritia will offer insights for critical thought when diving into rope and ways to learn the foundation of tying, encouraging body awareness and safe(r) practice to allow for creative forms of tying, including communication and boundary awareness.

You actively request and use people’s chosen pronouns. You remain mindful of the fact that Karada House is first and foremost a space for queer people that you are also invited to attend.
