Event Details

The difficulties with the current climate have meant that we have searched for resilience to withstand uncertain times.

This has facilitated both deeper discussion and evaluation of authentic self alongside lowered resilience for those challenging conversations.

With the collective consciousness of resilience lowered right now this open safe space is being provided to share ideas of how we can foster a sense of autonomous certainty. Navigating via a focus of emotional time travel and discussing cognitive restructuring, come, bring an envelope in the co-created mutuality of this space.
