In this slot, I want to start out by sharing my experience of shame as a bottom, and what the feelings are that give meaning to my shame in sessions.
I’d like to then invite the others to share their experiences and questions. I want to encourage discussion among everyone so we can gain a deeper understanding of what shame can be, and what (our) shame means to us.
If we have the time, I would also like to talk about how we as bottoms can access shame in sessions, what obstacles we might face and how to address these with our riggers.

While this discussion is bottom-centered, riggers are also encouraged to join, but participants should already have some experience with emotionally impactful sessions.
