This workshop will be a potpourri of play types that can happen without any tools or extra objects — you, your bodies, and your imagination are all that’s needed. Think of it as snack-sized experiences within a boundary container.

Caritia will offer techniques to explore tension, anticipation, sensation, power, movement, stillness, attention, and connection through embodied interaction and creative play. Participants will be invited to experiment with different ways of engaging one another using touch, proximity, voice, posture, pacing, and intention, discovering how much can emerge from seemingly simple interactions.

Together, we will explore how limitations can encourage creativity, deepen communication, and heighten awareness of ourselves and others. Through guided exercises and collaborative exploration, participants can expect opportunities to build confidence, body awareness, improvisational skills, and new perspectives on intimacy and kink play beyond equipment or specific roles.

This workshop centres curiosity, boundaries, adaptability, and playfulness, offering participants practical ideas and inspiration that can be integrated into many different dynamics and styles of play.
