At the midpoint of the year, we pause to take stock, reconnect, and gently turn toward what’s next. This session invites you to slow down and be present with yourself, while sharing space with others in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Guided by Caritia, this is a held space for intentional reflection through conversation and journaling. Together, we’ll create simple rituals of acknowledgement and empowerment, honouring where you’ve been and what you’re ready to invite in.

What we’ll do

  • Reflect on the year so far

  • (Re)set intentions for the months ahead

  • Create small, personal rituals to honour your journey

  • Explore what feels supportive and sustaining for you

  • Listen inward to what is wanted, needed, and desired

  • Share gently in small groups (with choice and care)
