What to bring:
Comfortable clothes that are more tight fitting if possible, 6-8 suspension worthy ropes (depending on the body and harnesses you're tying)

Open, beautiful, and vulnerable. Tie using your choice of chest harness with single column ties and a futomomo to explore one of the most intense suspension positions – kata-ashi, with one leg up. Practice control and intention — and discover the psychological impact of exposing the body with purpose. You will also learn how to tie a futomomo in suspension.
