Event Details

Hammers are surprisingly versatile tools.

In this class, we’ll focus on more than impact and you’ll learn more than how to safely choose target areas and safely gauge the force with which you’re hitting.

We’ll cover how to use every part of a hammer or mallet for pressure points, impact, or body manipulation. The most fun bits might surprise you.
