Agreements can be one of the most essential but equally difficult parts of open relationships. While finding agreements about how we want to relate to each other, which promises and expectations we bring into our relationship is part of almost every relationship, open relationships include the challenge of affecting and navigating new dates, lovers and relationships.
Exploring what agreements can look like for us, which boundaries and needs we might bring into our relationship(s) and how we can recognize them as such, can be a helpful and important way to navigate our love lifes.

In this workshop you will:

  • Get the chance to take a closer look at what makes agreements, rules, boundaries and needs different from each other
  • discover how good agreements can look like for you and what might be important to consider
  • Make a difference between your own needs and the needs of your relationship
  • Learn tools on how to identify what your needs around agreements might be
  • Learn strategies on how to heal from hurt and/or betrayal from broken relationships
  • There will be room for your experiences and space to share what worked and what didn’t work for you in the past
