In this workshop, Caritia invites participants into an embodied exploration of anger and fear—not as problems to solve, but as energies to examine and reclaim. Through reflection, discussion, and guided exercises, we will explore:

  • How anger and fear live in the body

  • The difference between suppression and regulation

  • When these emotions protect us

  • How they can be manipulated socially

  • How to channel them intentionally rather than reactively

This is not about uncontrolled expression. It is about agency, awareness, and choice.
