This talk tackles the intersectional complexities of race, ethnicity, class and disability with Polyamory in todays society.

Together with Zayna Ratty, we will be exploring the societal narratives and the unconscious relevance we may give them and how multiple layers of minority can create a complex yet fulfilling experiences to your polycule.

This event is part of the “Love is Polytical” Conference for Ethical & Intersectional Polyamory/Non-Monogamy and can be purchased as a solo event or part of our day or full conference tickets.

Zayna Ratty (she/her)

Gender, Sexuality & Relationship Diversity Hypno-Psychotherapist and Stonewall Role Model by day, Chair of Oxford Pride and OxFriend by night. Shortlisted nominee for the positive LGBT Role Model Award at the 2019 National Diversity Awards. Born in Oxfordshire and still residing in the village she grew up in, she is a sought after conference presenter and CPD trainer. Zayna runs the Oxford Uni LGBTQIA+ counselling groups and is co-facilitator of the Turning Point substance misuse LGBTQIA+ support group. LGBTQIA+ & QTIPoC mental health writer, speaker and trainer with a mental health column in OxMag.
