The Ties That Bind Us: Creating Empowerment through Relationships

Kink and BDSM can be a pathway for empowerment in your relationships, your body, and your community.

In this class, we will explore through discussion and exercises how we can become more empowered through kink and BDSM. Shakti & Sage will walk participants through meditation, somatic exercises and ask us to all explore deeply with ourselves how we can establish and maintain empowerment through our kink and BDSM practices.

Format: workshop & discussion (virtual)

Audience:  LGBTQIA+ & FRIENDS

Language: English, translation into German can be provided

Minimum Knowledge Level: beginner

What to Bring:  Journal, Tarot Cards or other cards they use for spiritual guidance (if they have them), comfort items (blankets, water, stuffies, etc.)

Solo or Partnered:  both (each participant needs a ticket)

Class recording: Yes. The recording will be made available for 14 days after the live class.

• Tie similarities between ethical nonmonogamy and play partners
• Emotional regulation conversation
• Meditation and somatic exercises
• Dismantle and unlearn from indoctrinated beliefs
