What is choking in a kinky context? Far too often this edge play practice is mistaken for breath play. This workshop is given as a passion pursuit to clarify the myths and support folks with engaging in this edge practice of holds and restriction, with more awareness, care and intention.

Caritia (kink coach) and Montserrat “La Cabra” (MMA champ) invite participants on a journey of self and other discovery. To understand both the hazards and playfulness of choking, in this safe(r) container.

What we will do

  • We will set individual boundaries around this practice
  • We will talk about anatomy
  • We will discuss the differences between breath play and choking
  • We will demonstrate and exercise precise body-handling and movement
  • We will talk about health & safety in regards to this practice
  • We will help you with risk assessment & creating your own risk profile
