Event Details

This technical rope workshop will focus on a versatile and simple upper body harness designed by Ceci that can be adapted for different bodies. The workshop sneakily teaches you rope tension and placement on different bodies.

Part II offers tips on how to use Ceci’s arms front chest harness in suspension. We will focus on what kind of use the harness is strong for and how to modify it for other uses. You will get more in-depth knowledge about how Ceci designed the harness and what led to the choices they made.

Part I: The Harness (March 8th, 7-9 pm CET)

  • How to modify the harness for different bodies

Part II: Suspension Ideas (March 9th, 7-9 pm CET)

  •  How to suspend from Ceci’s arms front chest harness
  •  How to modify the harness for different suspensions

Language: English

Minimum Knowledge Level:  you have already tied some chest harnesses and understand the basics of tension and frictions (X or L friction)

What to Bring:  3-4 ropes depending on the size of the body you are tying, pen and paper

Solo or Partnered:  both are possible, everybody needs a ticket

Class recording: Yes. The recording will be available for 14 days after the live class
