A warm up and connective workshop for all bodies, skill levels and interactive constellations. Caritia aims to ground you into your body no matter what role you choose – self tying, partnered or group. Offering suggestions on getting started with your rope scene, no matter your mobility or experience level. Practical exercises will be given to participants that can be adapted to those tying or being tied.
