There are external pressures from family, social expectations and all that pushy marketing, not to mention the unrealistic desires and wishes you place on yourself. How can you best care for yourself, honoring your values, ethics and aspirations, in the season of rest and recuperation?
Caritia invites you to this boundaries lab of collaboration to brainstorm strategies and take a deeper dive into the mechanism that can support you on your journey of noticing the nuance of your
boundaries, and bringing them more into focus at these challenging times, to allow you more choice and ease to say no to what doesn’t sparkle for you.

What to Bring: bring paper A4 or larger, pens and pencils, space where you can be cosy, items or images that remind you of the holidays, a warm beverage of your choosing, and a plushie or pet to cuddle.
Solo or Partnered: all constellations welcome (each participant needs a ticket)
Class recording: Yes. Participants will not be recorded. The recording will be available for 14 days after the live class
