Online: Boundaries for your Future Self

10. October 2020, 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm

From an idealistic perspective, how do we strive to be our brightest and most empowered selves? What is it to find, uphold and respect your boundaries (and those of others)? When we can deliciously engage and evolve to feel, touch, taste, sense and smell all that we desire to be?

In this workshop Caritia will deep dive into the topic and aim to offer a wide spectrum of perspective on what boundaries are, how you find and hold yours.

She will offer tips and exercises that participants can use as a guide to understanding themselves around the topic of boundaries, as well as what it may mean from internal (inside of you), external (societal/environmental) and broader universal context (communities/network/global).
